California… a state for palm trees, fun beaches, tan people, and Judicial Hellholes?

In December, the American Tort Reform Association released its Judicial Hellholes report, our annual compilation of inequities within and abuse of the civil justice system.  Although there were a lot of options to choose from, California easily ranked as the #1 Judicial Hellhole for 2012/2013.
