The Problem

Our civil justice system is under attack. Too often our legal system is abused for personal profit and seen as a way to cash in – a lawsuit lottery. Too many personal injury lawyers are gaming the legal system for personal profit in the name of “consumer protection.” The reality is that consumers are the ones getting fleeced.

Lawsuit abuse increases the prices we pay for goods and services, consumes valuable tax dollars, increases health care costs, forces small businesse to shut their doors, and threatens jobs and our economy. Ultimately, lawsuit abuse hurts all of us. We all pay. We all lose.
