Florida has a lawsuit abuse problem

The Sunshine State is annually listed as a “Judicial Hellhole,” with one of the worst legal climates in the nation. The Institute for Legal reform ranks Florida as 41st out of 50 for the state’s lawsuit climate. And many groups, including the Washington Legal Foundation, have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse decisions coming out of Florida’s state courts.

The only way to change the status quo is if concerned citizens say “Enough!” and demand a return to more fairness, common sense and the proper use of our courts. It’s time to take action!
